Any
successful chapter will tell you that it all starts and ends with proper
planning. Yes, it's time consuming, but there is no question that developing a
plan will help your chapter map out the steps to be successful.

We've all heard it before, "I don't do it for the awards!"
But who doesn't like a pat on the back for their hard work and achievement? By
taking the time to recognize your chapter's accomplishments and those projects
and members that are contributing to the chapter's success, you will develop
loyalty and enthusiasm amongst your board and membership.
